This has the potential to become a very annoying format, not only to be interrupted by but also to produce content for. Notice that Tictacti don’t have any guidelines for how this will actually work or how you would plan to implement from a production POV (which is at least a little comforting). However, that they’ve come this far suggests it is already underway.

That’s not video content that I want to have to watch. I might even pay to make it go away, or is that their plan?
